This Privacy Policy describes how Armory AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with your use of the Armory AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App stores your data securely on our servers. Information stored may include:

• Your account email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash)
• Firearm details you enter (manufacturer, model, serial number, caliber, condition, purchase information, and notes)
• Photographs and images you capture or upload
• Documents and receipts you attach to catalog entries
• App settings and preferences

2. User-Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, store, or share through the App, including photographs, documents, receipts, and any other files. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim all liability related to, any content you upload or share. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-uploaded content.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload any content you submit through the App, and that your use of the App complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your catalog data is stored on our secure servers. We implement reasonable technical measures intended to protect your information; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data stored or transmitted over the internet.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, THEFT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, IMAGES, DOCUMENTS, RECEIPTS, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION STORED IN OR TRANSMITTED BY THE APP. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

4. No Liability for Lost Data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, IMAGES, DOCUMENTS, RECEIPTS, OR OTHER FILES, WHETHER CAUSED BY DEVICE FAILURE, APP MALFUNCTION, ACCIDENTAL DELETION, OPERATING SYSTEM UPDATES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

5. Sharing of Information

The App may allow you to export or share your catalog data (such as PDF or spreadsheet exports). Any sharing or export of information is done at your sole discretion and risk. We are not responsible for how exported or shared information is used, stored, or distributed by third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (such as AI analysis features). These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. When AI analysis features are used, images may be transmitted to third-party AI services solely for the purpose of weapon identification.

We use a third-party email provider to send account emails, such as password reset codes. Your email address is shared with it only to deliver those messages.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
