I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it with a new password and you're signed back in. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

I don't get the reset email

Check your spam or junk folder for a message from noreply@armoryai.app. If your account was created with a username before we added email sign-in, add an email first under Settings → Account → Email while you're signed in.

How do I export my catalog?

Go to Settings → Data → Export Catalog.

Something was lost or stolen

Go to Settings → Data → Report a Loss to build a claim packet with photos, serial numbers and values for your insurer or a police report.

How do I lock the app?

Turn on Settings → Security → App Lock to require Face ID or a PIN when Armory AI opens.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password. Your account, catalog, photos and documents are permanently deleted. Export anything you want to keep first.
